You kind of talked about where you are now. But you could have chosen a number of different things. You could have done trading penny stocks, or you could have started your own brick and mortar business. What was it that attracted you specifically to the real estate realm?

Sort of yeah you know it's actually interesting my my the head of my marketing team is actually based in Nashville. The last time I was actually in Nashville was 1996.

Oh, wow. Yeah. Nothing would not even recognise the city. So and I say that I use so my hometown is like three and a half hours from Nashville. And so I grew up coming to Nashville back when there used to be a theme park here and it was called Opry Opryland. Yeah. It's not. No, nope, it's gone. There's a it's a it's a huge outlet mall now, or an outlet, but it's a it's a big mall now. Yep. Yeah. So I grew up going to that theme park. And then I just fell in love with the city. And
